Wedding Photography Charlotte NC | Yesterday I took some beautiful bridal photos for one of my brides getting married this weekend. The weather seemed fine on the most part but for our sake it did not rain however it was very humid and hot. This made me think of one important bit of advice I can give future brides. The weather plays a huge factor in bridal photos, weddings, and engagement sessions. This can be a strong part to the amount of wedding photos a bride is comfortable taking. As a North Carolina wedding photographer in Charlotte I have to shoot in hot weather on a regular basis and this can be very taxing on a bride in a heavy wedding dress. When planning a wedding in the summer it is a good idea to drink plenty of water or aim to take the bridal photos earlier in the day or later in the evening. If the wedding ceremony involves you and the wedding guest being outside it is always a good idea to have bottles of water for the guest and wedding vendors and it is also a good idea to host your wedding later in the evening during the summer heat.  3 pm in direct sunlight in August heat will not be a comfortable wedding for you or your wedding guest.
