Once again we would like to congratulate Jessica and Keith on their engagement. During the summer we had the opportunity to take their first engagement session during one of the worst heatwaves in years. Due to the brides work schedule we couldn’t reschedule for a better time so we went forward with the photo shoot. As a result comfort was sacrificed and for lack of a better word we all melted. This is a reason if time permits I always recommend taking engagement photos and bridal photos in the fall or spring. Being a North Carolina wedding photographer in Charlotte and living in the south has taught me this. That is also the best time to have a wedding if it must be outside. Since the heat made things so uncomfortable and it showed somewhat in the photos as hair and humidity don’t mix we decided to go with a second engagement session in the fall or winter when heat would not be an option. And as seen in the attached photo patience paid off. Once again congrats Keith and Jessica it was definitely worth it meeting up with you guys again.
