Last week we had the chance to photograph the wedding of Tammy and Rich at one of the most popular chapels in Charlotte NC. As a North Carolina wedding photographer in Charlotte St. Mary’s Chapel is by far one of the most photographed ceremony locations in our collection of weddings over the years. For us at Bridal Shoot Photography this applies to brides that have their wedding at a location outside of a home church or reception location. St. Mary’s Chapel is the perfect option for brides that want to host there ceremony inside a church but cannot at a home church for various reasons. When looking at their wedding photos this completely worked out for Rich and Tammy’s benefit. Every part of their big day turned out great with a few surprises. After the wedding Tammy secretly planned to have the chauffeur make detour on the way to the Lake Norman reception location so we can take photographs of them at the restaurant they met at in Birkdale Village. This was very sentimental to both Tammy and Rich and Rich was pleasantly surprised. We were fortunate enough to take photos of them in the exact seats they sat in on the day they met while holding the same drinks. Afterwards we made our way outside and took a few photos on the grounds and made our way to their beautiful reception location at a rented estate on Lake Norman. The reception was very intimate but full of love with family and friends by their side. It was a pleasure working with Tammy and Rich. We wish you all the best in your marriage.
